Cancellations

The orders will be shipped in 2-3 days after proper inspection, quality checks and packaging. 

If you wish to cancel the ordered product for whatever reasons, you can cancel the order in the first 24 hours since order time and the refund process will be initiated instantly. You can contact directly to the Sales Support Team for this via email on [email protected] 

After the initial 24 hour window has collapsed, Return/Replacement shall be done only and only if the product received is damaged. You will need to provide images for the same. You will need to contact our grievances team if there are any such issues. Mail your issues to the team and it will be sorted out as soon as possible. Customer Support team: [email protected]

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
